Who can be listed?
Independent eateries owned and operated in Edmonton and area. Franchises and national or international chains can't be listed, paid or not. Local businesses with a few locations, headquartered in the region, are welcome.
What's the difference between the paid plans?
Premium Partner ($50/month) adds priority placement, a photo gallery, insights and a Premium badge, with no limit on how many businesses can join. Spotlight ($99/month) includes everything in Premium and guarantees a place at the top of your venue type's pages, capped at 5 businesses per venue type. Homepage Sponsor ($199/month) includes everything in Spotlight plus one of only 4 featured spots on the homepage.
What happens when a tier is fully booked?
Spotlight and Homepage Sponsor have a fixed number of spots. We check for an open spot before you're sent to checkout, and if none are left you'll see "Fully booked" instead of a checkout button. Spots open up when a sponsor cancels, so check back later.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you already pay for a plan, you can move up to a higher tier from your listing's dashboard. The change is prorated on your existing subscription, so you're never billed twice for the same month. To move down a tier or cancel, contact us.
Do you offer custom sponsorship packages?
Yes. If you need something the standard plans don't cover, such as several locations or a longer term, use the "Request a custom package" link under Homepage Sponsor. We'll put together a package and send you an invoice directly.
Does paying change how you review my listing?
No. Every listing is checked the same way, and paid plans never buy a better review or rating.
